This version of Living with Diabetes for the Chronic Kidney Disease was created to address the unique needs of this group. Close to 50% of all people living with chronic kidney disease also have diabetes. Care plans for chronic kidney disease and diabetes are confusing at best with conflicting information regarding diet and other areas. This guide addresses all of those issues to provide a clear direction for the person managing both diabetes and CKD.
