DRDN Outreach Team
The DRDN Outreach Team consists of a Registered Nurse and Registered Dietitian, both Diabetes Educators. The Outreach Team attends local health fairs, community events, seniors centres and retirement homes in the Durham community providing education, awareness and support about diabetes.
